CONTEXT & OBJECTIVES

A department store’s Executive Committee wanted to understand the sociocultural & business dynamics driving the new future of retail.

Starting from this new vision, their expectations were then to give their Teams the mission to define activation ready strategies to address the future challenges

PROJECT & BENEFITS

The starting point was to take the Executive Committee through the major market dynamics, to evaluate & select the most promising ones and the corresponding business opportunities (product offering, private labels, retail experience at POS, communications, new services…). One day workshop including breakout sessions.

The selected dynamics were the basis for collaborative workshops with the Heads of the main Departments and their teams who worked on the translation of the business opportunities into strategic decisions with immediate impact on innovation pipeline, strategic projects and Brand platform
