A Global beauty & cosmetics group wanted to accelerate the growth of their haircare business by re-evaluating their brand portfolio’s positioning (organized around 3 different segments) and identify disruptive brand and innovation strategies

Following an innovation fast track methodology, project started with a global future planning exercise decrypting emerging sociocultural dynamics and aesthetic trends that will shape the future of haircare in the world.
We then redefined the market’s segmentation and tested (US, LATAM and Europe) innovation territories in order to identify the most promising ones for this client’s business.
Final deliverable was a comprehensive brand strategy and innovation platform.
