CONTEXT & OBJECTIVES
Working with a Global Beauty & Cosmetics Group, we were asked to define and design what could be a new product category considering a breakthrough technology that would revolutionize the market.
PROJECT & BENEFITS
After a deep dive to understand this new breakthrough technology (formulation, ingredients…), we led strategic workshops with the Team to review insights, data and emerging trends to design 4 scenarios we imagined for this new category’s functional and emotional benefits, new aesthetics, rituals and semantics.
After consumer research, we validated one lead scenario that we finalize for final agreement.
